There are three options for private parties.  A shorter 90 minute Sitting at the Reeves-Reed Arboretum on set dates.  A tea party anytime and as long as you wish at The DeBary In, Summit.  Or host your own tea party at home. 

Book an exclusive Sitting at the Reeves-Reed Arboretum at one of our Cream Teas. Your group has exclusive room use for the duration of the Sitting, 90 mins.  This is free at 2:30 pm or you can pay $100 to book an earlier time slot.  Minimum numbers apply.   

You can host your own tea room at The DeBary Inn, Summit.  Rental fees start at $200 per for one hour.  We provide scones, sandwiches, chocolate dessert and unlimited tea for $45 per person (min $900, not inclusive of tax or gratuity).   There is no alcohol license but you can bring your own and serve it. 

Parties at home are $45 plus our equipment fee of $15 per person.
